Fit for a King Lemon Chicken
(I've revised this recipe to make it lower in calories and fat~ but you can use regular ingredients)
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
1 cup sour cream (fat free)
1/2 cup lemon juice
Place chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Combine soup, sour cream and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
